The building locates at the northern part of the Qingdao Beer Plaza and the building's exterior curtain wall -fins system is inspired by traditional architectural moulding. The design team studied various profiles and used one of the types as the fins form. The fins are clad in grey aluminium panels that gives a subtle 3 dimensional feeling to the building.
