The client would like to demolish their old factory site and redevelop it into a mixed- use property. The site is located at the city's busiest interchange with frontage facing 3 directions. The new development consist of apartment units, offices, services apartments and podium F&B. The facade design employs angled fins for shading purpose as well as adding texture to the building. At the ground floor, a public space is created and with high speed escalator taking visitors directly to 3rd floor entrance.
